Which tools receive information?

Shopify

Shopify hosts our store and supports checkout and customer accounts. It processes contact details, addresses, order and transaction information, and device and usage data needed for its services. Read the Shopify Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Stripe

Stripe processes payments through Shopify. It handles payment details and related billing, transaction, and device information to complete payments and help detect fraud. We do not store card details. Read the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the site through clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session replays. It uses cookies and similar tools to collect usage and device data. Microsoft also uses collected data under its own policy, including for service improvement and advertising. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 helps us measure visits and shopping activity. It collects data such as pages viewed, interactions, device details, general location, and cookie identifiers. Read the Google Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel sends site activity, such as page views and purchase events, along with browser, device, and cookie data to Meta. We use it to measure ads and reach people with relevant ads. Meta uses information under the Meta Privacy Policy.

Google Ads tag

The Google Ads tag uses cookies and event data, such as ad clicks, page visits, and purchases, to measure ad results and support relevant ads. Read the Google Privacy Policy.

Who else receives my information?

We share the details needed to deliver your order with shipping providers. We also disclose information when needed to meet legal duties, respond to lawful requests, or protect people and the store from fraud or misuse.

The advertising tools above receive personal information for targeted advertising. Their own policies explain their further use of that information. Your choices below apply to our use of these tools.

How do cookies and consent work?

Cookies and similar tools help the store run, measure visits, and support ads. Essential tools support functions such as checkout and security.

To change your choices or withdraw consent, email contact@wearmelly.com. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing based on consent.

What are my California privacy rights?

We share personal information for targeted advertising. This is "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

California residents have rights to know and access their personal information, request deletion, correct errors, and opt out of sale or sharing. Where applicable, you can also limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Legal exceptions apply to some requests, such as records we must keep by law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Email contact@wearmelly.com to exercise this choice. You can also enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser. We honor GPC as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser. You do not need an account to opt out.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Read more about these rights from the California Attorney General.

What rights apply in other US states?

Depending on the law where you live, you have rights to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. You can ask us to review a denied request where state law provides an appeal right. Email us to exercise these rights or request a review.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email contact@wearmelly.com and tell us which right you want to use. We reply to every email within 4 hours. That is our initial reply promise; we will complete privacy requests within the period required by applicable law.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, we will ask for the information needed to verify your identity and protect your data. You can use an authorized agent as allowed by law. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request in full.

How long do you keep information?

We keep personal information as long as needed for orders, customer support, and legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We also consider the purpose of collection and any unresolved claims when deciding what must be kept.

Is information processed outside my country?

Our business is in the USA. The providers above operate internationally, so information is processed outside your home country. Different privacy laws apply in different places. Contact us for details of the safeguards that apply to your information.

How do you protect information?

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or online transfer is fully secure. Please do not email us full card details.

Is the site for children?

You must be at least 18 to shop. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us so we can address it and delete it as required by law.

How will I know about changes?

We will post changes on this page and give further notice or request consent when the law requires it. Changes do not remove rights that apply to information already collected.

For help, email contact@wearmelly.com. We reply to every email within 4 hours.
