Returns & Refunds
Our commitment: Melly offers a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of confirmed delivery. If the mask is not the right fit, return it within 60 days for a refund to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of the delivery date confirmed by your tracking information
- The mask should be returned in good condition with all included accessories (controller, cable, strap)
- Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible
- For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure the mask surface is clean before returning
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, not as store credit

Melly does not charge restocking fees.
Melly does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please return your mask for a refund and place a new order at wearmelly.com. This ensures your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days from the date of refund confirmation for the amount to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us, as processing times can vary.
