Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your Melly order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the carrier's system. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbours and any secure parcel locations at your address. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and Melly will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Melly is not liable for parcels undelivered or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
